CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY (ONLINE CONSULTATION)

1.  Patient-Initiated Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled
• No refund for cancellations made within 24

2.  Refund Conditions

• Once consultation is completed, NO REFUND shall be entertained under any
• If consultation cannot be conducted due to fault solely attributable to the hospital/doctor, refund or rescheduling may be offered at discretion.

3.  No-Show Policy

Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a completed consultation with no refund.

4.  Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5.  Final Authority

All decisions regarding cancellation and refund shall rest solely with Akshar Laser & Laparoscopy, and shall be final and binding.
